ea Consulting Group expands London capability with investment in Customer Relationship Management and Service Delivery divisions

ea Consulting Group (eacg), a provider of change management resourcing and consulting solutions, has today announced the expansion of their central London office, and a move to larger premises.

The London office has more than doubled in size to fourteen permanent employees with growth in the CRM and Service Delivery divisions. The growth follows an increase in client demand across the card payments, banking and insurance sectors. The London office provides resourcing and consulting solutions to the big four UK retail banks, amongst others.

Commenting on the expansion, Jon Murphy, Executive Director at eacg said:

"This latest expansion reflects a steady period of growth for eacg and means that we are better placed to serve our growing South East and London-based client portfolio.

A raft of regulatory and technological advancements makes the financial services sector a particularly dynamic one and we are seeing this reflected in greater client demand across the region."

The increase in headcount also follows a growth in employee numbers across the Bristol, Leeds and Edinburgh offices.
