ea Futures

The ea Futures programme is designed to connect graduates with 2:1 degrees from top-tier universities with organisations on a project/capability development basis. Employed by ea, these Analysts are deployed onto client site for a minimum period of 2 years to support programmes in business, IT, change and regulation. Over this period, we provide structured training and mentoring at no additional cost to the client

To provide a source of quality analysts drawn from high calibre graduates who are ready to deliver real results in client change programmes. This provides clients with:

  • A new alternative to resource projects which is more flexible, adaptable and highly capable.
  • A potential source of permanent talent in the future.

To provide real opportunities to develop their career in Business Change as part of the ea Development Programme working with leading blue chip organisations. Our Project Analysts are typically recruited from the top tier Universities with a Bachelor or Master’s Degree of 2:1. Their disciplines are wide and varied, for example: Law, Business, Engineering and Psychology.

Current change supply models are not addressing the challenge of delivery quality and as critical, cost control. There is:

  • ongoing challenge to balance demand, cost, capability, and capacity
  • limited opportunity to find the right skills at the right price
  • increasing pressures to deliver results quickly
  • there is a missed opportunity to allocate work to more cost effective, skilled resources

We offer a way to extract better value from your investment in change resource; we reduce unit costs, fully leverage expensive/senior resources, enhance capability, improve quality, inject dynamism and energy and can provide a source of growing your own change capability. Project Analysts are the most flexible and broadly disciplined resource of all — absorbing up to 25% of the skilled, non-specialist project activities with technical proficiency, adaptability, enthusiasm and pace and yielding significant reductions in direct spend.
